I was wondering if anyone had a process for Egging corn. I picked up some nice white corn yesterday...and since I haven't Egged that Veggie yet well......
Since most of the husk was removed by the market, I was thinking about applying butter and foiling the ears. Maybe 350? No idea how long.

Wasted Words,[p]Most of the corn roasting recipes do call for having the husk on. I did try once, roasting direct without husks. I buttered the corn, and dusted with rub. Then did them direct on a raised grid. My recollection was a dome of 300, and that I turned them about every 10 minutes until there was at least some brown on two sides. The results were O.K., rather un-evenly done, but the browned areas had a nice smoke and roast flavor. A slower cook with the husks soaked in water was better, tho'.[p]gdenby
