Just got the BGE and wondering if I can put stuffing in it like the oven? If so any secret recipes?

    Ozzy,[p]I have cooked the Mad Max method on two tests now. Both turned out great. [p]The first test was per instructions. The second test was without wine and with in bird stuffing. The stuffing was cooked and tasted fantastic.[p]

    Did you notice a difference in the taste and or moisture content of the meat? Several years ago I switched to Alton B's turkey recipe without stuffing and my birds have never been SO moist![p]This year will try Mad Max's per instructions...but there is a part of me that misses my in-the-bird-stuffing from yesteryear...[p]Jay
