thanks for the pastrami recipe. i smoked it last sunday and distributed it to my "pastrami knowledgeable" friends this week. reviews are in and they loved it and are anxious for me to make another. i appreciate all the good stuff on your site.

It's a great (and easy) way to enjoy a store bought corned beef brisket, on sandwiches or as a side meat with cabbage, carrots and potatoes.
