Anyone have a simple Turkey Recipe?

Last year I did two 8 lbs breasts on my large BGE. I went looking for the recipe this year, but could not find.....Grrrr[p]I remember my old one called for a Kosher salt brine overnight, then 4 sticks of melted butter, but I cant remember the cooking temp, direct or indirect, drip pan or not, or length of cook. [p]Does anyone have a simple recipe? Thanks in advance.
