Would like to try my hand at pumpkin bread today. Does anyone have any tips as far as technique? Maybe Egret or Rick?? Thanks![p]Terri

VW Gal,
Think of your Egg as an oven. (That's tip #1...) Load it with as much mass as you can (firbrick, plate setter, pizza stone, etc.) to retain/radiate heat as well as to shield the bread from direct flame. (T2) And T3: start early - like half an hour, forty-five minutes to make sure you have the least smokey fire possible.[p]HTH

Hey Terri,
I would do this with plate setter (legs down), pizza stone on ps with ceramic feet (or other standoff) under pizza stone. Start your fire way ahead of time so it's burning clean (I know I don't need to tell you that!).....
