<p />The before...[p]011.jpg[p]..and the after. I smell like mesquite here sitting in my upstairs office. I couldn't wait for the super-high 750 deg sear, so I threw them in at 675-700, and they came out med-rare by the bone, medium on the edges.[p]-Mike
