<p /> I made some time to cook for the gang at work on Friday, Went out back of my work & started to cook a 8.am. I had a great time & the staff all loved it( so they said ). Started with 4 racks of ribs, 4 pork tenderlions, 2 beer butt chickens, 3 rib eye steaks ( served sliced thin) more than 12lbs of fresh hot & sweet italian sausages & a pack of hot dogs, I finished cooking by about 1:pm & it was gone by 2:pm, with no left overs. To bad cause i was looking forward to some ribs but they were the first to go.
