Good evening to all. A friend gave me a "Farm Fresh" (never frozen) 8 pound chicken today. It's ready for the grill. My question is: should I go with the spatchcock method or the beer can method or do you have other ideas. I want to do this right so any suggestions would be appreciated.[p]Thanks for the help.
