I got into pizzas on the egg about two months ago. I'm having a problem with the dough sticking to the peel. I dust the peel with lots of flour and the dough slides nicely. But by the time I add the sauce, cheese, and toppings and I bring it to the egg and I try and slide it onto the pizza stone the dough has stuck to the peel. Now I did get a metal peel, don't know if that's the problem. Any suggestions?
