Here's to everyone at EggFest.... My wife and I kept looking at each other around 5:00pm regarding dinner.... she never made up her mind so I started a fire and went out to find some meat....[p]These are ribeyes that looked pretty good, a little olive oil and DP Cow lick - maybe a lot of Cow Lick... I seared on the small BGE with a big chunk of charred hickory wood and I roasted off with some maple chips... Lots of good crust, tons of smoke, and real juicy meat... Two words - HAPPY MOUTH![p]Cheers[p]
