What do you coat afatty with prior to cooking and how much internal temperature, direct or indirect? The last one I cooked was nothing to brag about. I think I over cooked it, I think I put Dizzy Pig on it but can't remember which one.

    Go indirect. I use a Rendezvous is pretty good with just about everything.[p]Also, I like to go get some nice buttery Popeye's biscuits and make little sausage biscuits...mmmmm
