3 egg weekend

Well, I had one of the busiest egg weekends in a while. The wife had alot of family in town and they have been hearing from her the prowess of the egg and wanted to witness it for themselves, so i decided to do a little of everything. I had the XL, Large, and small all cranked up. Started out with Shrimp marinated in a couple of new marinades that turned out to be pretty good. One was A-1's new seafood marinade, Mango chipolte and Lawry's Tequila lime marinade. Both of them were good but everyone preferred the mango chipolte. Next was pizza on the large, 3 racks of spare ribs on the xl with smoked chicken thighs finished with blues hog honey mustard sauce. Barbeque beans on the small and then finished with hanger steaks on the small. Everything was eggcellent. Several of them showed up today to request leftovers on the ribs. What a fun time.
