Pork Tenderloin

Gonna cook 4 port tenderloins on saturday for about 20 people coming over to the house. Planning on slicing them thin and serving on a Bun.[p]I'm looking for some good methods of cooking. I've been cooking mine direct for 30 to 45 minutes @ 325 to 350 with hickory smoke. Just wondering how others cook it?[p]Thanks in advance
