<p />I love scampi. Dbishop (I think) inspired me.[p]Raw shrimp on an EVOO sizzling platter.
[p]1/4 cup melted butter
tbsp Concord Wine
4 garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of parsley
Juice of 1/2 lemon[p]
350 direct until pink.[p]Mike

Those look great. I forgot to add the wine to mine. Yours is about the same recipe but I was going to add white wine, I quess red works too. Good job.

Your timing was great. I usually wok. Dad's 70th B-Day party is Sunday. I was asked to cook something. Other than 15lbs. of brisket flats and 1/2 dozen ribs. This will amaze.[p]Mike
