had a few folks over to the house saturday for the Miss State-So Carolina game. Course my doggies lost but did a little cooking. I went to Southerlands and got a couple of racks for my chicken Legs. MAN that thing is nice and only 5 bucks!!!! Did 14 Chicken legs, about 25 or so pork lion bites wrapped in Bacon and 2 packs of smoked sausage which I resmoked. Also made some honey mustard and horshradish mayo. was awesome. Got done with that and found a few Jalapenos in the garden and smoked them for a couple hours at 225 then put them into the Dehydrator for some chipotle's!!! Everyong was stuffed for sure

DonDon, was the pork loin used in your bacon wrapped pork loin precooked, partially cooked or raw prior to cooking with the bacon?

It was Raw. I did smoke everything for about 30 -45 minutes at 225 before I put it on the direct heat. MAN that was tough getting the grid off, then taking the plate setter out and putting the grid back on. Thgouht I was gonn miss part of the game LOL

Wish I could. It's hard for me to get away to a game these days. I usually work 6 days a week and I don;t swork on sundays so that doesn't let me head up. I do have cable in my office so I got to see this past weeks game. OUCH. Poor Riddell getting hurt was aweful. Now we'll have Carrol a true freshman doing it all alone. HOPE he does a good job, I was one of the ones wanting him to sign real bad!!
