I installed my new Lawn Ranger handle while I was getting the Egg up to 350. Dusted some parted out wings with Dr BBQs Big Time BBQ Rub, and set them on the second of two piggy backed extension grids after the cherry smoke got right. [p]About 50 minutes into an hour cook, I mixed 1 part hoisin, 1/2 part vineger and 4 parts Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ. I glazed the wings and sprinkled some sesame seeds to finish.[p]Life's definitely alright. Thanks again to Lawn Ranger for my awesome new tools (spat, wiggle rod and gridlifter) and to tjv for the high direct approach to wings.[p]Big T[p][p]

Lawn Ranger,[p]My large handle did that too, I think the nut in the back rotated a little bit and raised one edge. Just loosen the screw and squeeze the two halves so they are flush when you re-tighten the screw and it will be perfect.[p]
