    Luvin T'Loin,
Just cooked four of them last weekend. Used a plate setter, cooked at 350 for about an hour, or until an internal temp of 165. Then pulled off and rested for about 10 minutes before I cut into them. They were excellent.

Put it on. Take it off about at 150.[p]350 is a good temp but don't sweat it. [p]Spacey

    <p />Luvin T'Loin,
direct, 300-325, apple chips, 20-30 minutes, 140 internal, take off, rest 10 minutes loosely covered, it will raise to about 145 internal. you can take it to 150 and over if you want as the others suggested, but i don't. anything over 138.6 and you are fine.[p]17mar07-027.jpg[p]17mar07-029.jpg

Luvin T'Loin,[p]As Spaceman Spiff said...350 direct, turn once every 4 to 5 minutes to get all four sides until 140-150 internal depending on how done you want it. Let rest, covered, for about 5 minutes and slice.[p]One thing to add, if you haven't done it this time, brine the tenderloins the next time if they aren't already "enhanced."[p]Win
