Looks good. Did you do the almost fried? The skin looks nice and crispy. Wings are a great treat.[p]Mike

TheStormyDog,[p]They look real good!! I do mine at 425 to 450 direct for 20 minutes, flipping them after 10 minutes. Then I sauce them and flip after 5 minutes--sauce again and take them off after another 5.

Car Wash Mike,
Yep, and they came out just right, next time I think I will do the sauce on the side like you have there.

Mike,[p]Can you give a reference to the "almost fried" method?[p]Regards,
Rich

Morro Bay Rich,
It is on the Dizzy Pig website. They are great. That was a hot sauce, but I baste with Blues Hog when I want chicken candy.[p]Mike

TheStormyDog,
When I do my wings, I do them 350 direct on regular rack. I turn them once. I never sauce them on the grill. They seem to burn too easy with sugar in the sauce. So I get them crisp, take them off the Egg and dump them in sauce. [p]MC Jerry
