thirdeye, et.al., That's quite an interesting looking offering! I've got a sausage & Brie dish that I often serve at cocktail parties and all. It's stick-to-your-ribs stuff and keeps the alcohol absorbtion level down. Served with thick cuts of Italian or French bread it's always a big hit![p]Rascal

I spent most of my money on good bourbon, and bad women...the rest, I just wasted!! -
bw, It's quite simple but needs a few hours (2-3) in the oven (plus some TLC) to cook the sausage and allow everything to meld. Unfortunately I'm rather busy at the moment, butt with heated interest I'll post the rx in a day or so.[p]Rascal
