Kathy-jo Peterson,[p] Most hams are already fully cooked. You just want to slowly heat it up. You want to get the internal temp of the Ham above 145. At 300 dome you will be awhile.[p] Bump the temp up to 375. It will get done in a couple three hours.
If you got the room you can cook anything you want along side of it.[p]Ohhh Welcome to the Cult... er Club [p]

Kathy-jo Peterson,
If it is a fresh ham, you must have some way to test the temp in the middle of the meat. If it is already cooked ham, then probably couple of hours should do it. If you don't have a internal temp guage, then you will have to check the middle of the meat by either cutting into it or using a meat injector and try drawing water from center of meat and check color to see if it is done.
