This was so yummy I had to figure out how to post pictures
Hey Gang,[p]I just finished up some pizzas (this was my 4th time making them and I am feeling pretty good about it...) and my mouth is so happy I thought I would share.[p]3 pizzas, all about 11 inches (I have a small BGE...). The 1st was for the kids (1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni. The 2nd was for me (super thin, thinly sliced garlic that had been roasted, crumbled up fatties, traditional red pizza sauce, motz and parmesan cheese.) Darn good....[p]The 3rd was for my wife - Pizza Margarite - supper thin crust, thin sliced tomatoes from the garden, torn up fresh bocconcini, salt pepper, olive oil and. When it came off I added fresh basil from the garden and a few drops of balsamic. Happy mouth....[p]
A word about the crust -I have a local market that sells fresh pizza dough from their bakery. Tonight, I took 1 lb and split it into 3 pieces and made my crusts from them. We love our thin crust pizza and the Egg does thin crust as well as any pizza place I have ever tried![p]I hope the pictures come through....[p]Cheers![p]
