Stewed Okra and Tomatoes Recipe ???

Does anyone have a great stewed okra and tomatoes recipe. I was working in Austin early this summer and had some that was really great. I have never made it but am wondering about getting dutch oven and trying it in the egg. I like spicey so a "hot" recipe is fine too. [p]Kinger

These should help. Cook low and slow to allow the okra to render its sticky gooey flavor.
