16 whole chicken wings
3/4 cup finely crushed butter-flavored crackers
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried basil
3/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup butter, melted[p]Cut chicken wings into 3 sections; discard the wing tips. In a small bowl, mix cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil and garlic salt. Dip wings in butter, then roll in crumb mixture. Cook at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown, turning / flipping as needed.

Mine are pretty simple:[p]On a raised grid (right about gasket height)
350 -375 dome Temp.
20-30 min with a flip and a grid turn afer the first 10 min.[p]Teriaki sauce:
Melt 1/2 stick butter over med heat add 1 clove pressed or chopped garlic and 1 tsp. grated ginger
Add 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce. Add 1/4 cop OJ(optional) lower heat to simmer,allow to reduce.
Stir in 1/2cup brown sugar stir til melted.
Dump over egged wings. toss
