Butt of Shoulder?

What's the difference, other than body location? I have always used shoulder for pulled pork. Most people here talk about using a butt. Again, thanks in advance. I have learned more reading this forum in the past week than I have cooking solo in the past year... Not as fun, but it works....

wardster,
Butts are not from the butt. It is the upper part of the shoulder. The Picnic is the lower part. Both make great pulled pork.[p]Cheers!

Nature Boy,
I agree totally. I've done whole legs with the same results.
