We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Thanks to all of you. I sat quietly on the sidelines for a few weeks doing my BGE homework and between the awesome Egg and the community I decided to join! I now own a large BGE and have done steak, blackened chicken, pulled pork, shrimp and a dessert or two. Tomorrow will be my first brisket! Can't wait.
Everything I have cooked on the egg has been fantastic (as advertised) with a little direction and help from you. Thanks!
I have enjoyed the bantering and how open this Eggheadforum is. I will be attending my first Eggfest in Philadelphia and I hope to see some of you there.
