Thanks to all of you. I sat quietly on the sidelines for a few weeks doing my BGE homework and between the awesome Egg and the community I decided to join! I now own a large BGE and have done steak, blackened chicken, pulled pork, shrimp and a dessert or two. Tomorrow will be my first brisket! Can't wait.

I have enjoyed the bantering and how open this Eggheadforum is. I will be attending my first Eggfest in Philadelphia and I hope to see some of you there.
