Pizza Stone--Newb Question

I am about to use my pizza stone for the first time. Ironically enough not for Pizza but for Quesadilla's. DO I need to season the stone prior to use or just stick it on, heat it up and away you go?

Edemitch,
Just slap it on a go for it! Be careful with the temp though, the stone directs the heat outward and it's really easy to fry your gasket . Don't go over about 550º~600º with the stone in place on top of the grate or platesetter.[p]Good luck!

SuperDave,
Thanks for the quick response. I already fried the gasket so no worry's until I replace it ;<)
