Eggmeister,
I cooked 1 dry butt. Last weeks comp, which was for me to eat, not really turn-in.
What were the sizes?[p]Mike

Car Wash Mike ,[p]
Both were 5.5. Smaller than my usual 6.5-7#
-
That was the problem. Cooked to many, first dry one, smaller than normal.
I try to stick to your weight size or above. [p]Mike

Car Wash Mike,[p]Makes sense Mike....I will follow your lead and only cook 6.5# and larger.
Thanks man!

Eggmeister,
I'm deboning/grinding my other one for a breakfast sausage.[p]Mike
