Sven,
You can, but there are concerns about the zinc in the galvanizing reaction to high heat. In theory, I believe the temperatures that your grid would be exposed to would not pose a problem.[p]TNW

The Naked Whiz,
I would just be better to buy stainless then, correct? Thanks

Sven, for the price difference, less than $20, I'd stick with stainless. Almost all cities have nut and bolt companies who service local industry. They are an alternative to HD and Lowes. My city, 75K population, has three nut and bolt companies. If you still can't find what you need try the net, companies like fastenal or MSC generally stock stainless nuts and bolts. Or do a general search for stainless nuts and bolt. [p]In the long run, I think you'll be happier not wondering about the galvanized. [p]T
