o' ribs going on at 2pm. Around 6 pm, 2 lbs skirt steak and 2 lbs of chicken along with tortillas for pollo and carne esada tacos for the party this evening.

I've got 3 racks of ribs on now, whole chicken in about two hrs., two lbs of shrimp & 25 wings to smoke for a party today. Can't wait.[p]GO DAWGS!!
