Sweet corn

I made some sweet corn tonight on the large. I left the husks on and cooked direct on a raised grid at 350 dome for 30 minutes. I rotated it four times during the cook. This had to be the best sweet corn I have ever had. The tenderness had nothing to do with the Egg but rather luck on getting good product, but the slightly smokey flavor with the infusion of the flavor from the husks was fabulous. -RP
