Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

  • Pork Butt,
Very nice job. Where did you get the rack that you hang the chicken wings from?

nutcase,[p]I got them at Lowes. They are the best thing for wings and drums. They only coast me 5 bucks each. Also I seen them at Ace Hardware also. [p]Good Luck [p]Pork Butt Mike

  • Pork Butt,
Great pics, going to try some bread again myself tomorrow. Like your table setup, am thinking the same thing for my XL, but going to leave the egg on its own nest and just make the table I think.

Pork Butt, very nice pictorial. One passing suggestion, you might want to put the ceramic feet between the egg and stone for added protection. Hard to see with the shade but looks like the feet are missing. T
