Hi XL Eggers,
I have noticed several people in the forum have XL BGE's. I was wondering how many people have multiple things being cooked on it at the same time. I guess an example would be having chicken being done with say some veggies and maybe some baked potatos. I was wondering what people do to pull off cooking a three to four course meal off the XL. What do you do if you want part of the egg set up for indirect and the other part indirect? Egg-cited to hear stories and see pictures. As many of you may know I have a Large and small BGE but the XL seems to be catching my attention lately. [p]Thanks in advance, Pharmeggist

Pharmeggist,
You have all kinds of options when it comes to the XL. We have half moon shaped raised grids that come with a drip pan that you can see here http://www.biggreenegg.com/racks.html[p]With one of those you can do direct and indirect at the same time. If you get a half moon pizza stone http://www.biggreenegg.com/setters.html
you can do direct, indirect and bake at the same time with the baking stone underneath the raised grid.[p]With the plate setter in place you can have the same options with everything being indirect. In addition to all of that John is working very hard to come up with new stuff all the time.[p]I gotta go to work now and play in the traffic, but the XL has a ton of options I know you'll like.
