Double smoked some turkey drumsticks this morning for a pot of beans later this week.

Did you start with fresh legs, or does the double smoked mean what I am assuming? Not sure where you would buy smoked turkey legs to double smoke? Yes, I am getting old.........

These were smoked turkey legs I bought at our Wal-mart and then smoked them for about 2 hours. When I do fresh legs I smoke them for about 4 or 5 hours. I will make a pot of beans with these in a few days. Enjoy, AZ
