    MickeyT,
I just finished my second one yesterday, a 8 1/2 lb picnic shoulder. The youngest boy(23) wasn't around for the first one-he said he could eat it every day. It was good. My favorite line was from my lovely bride. She said,"Where's the char?" I then pulled the separate plate I had put the char on towards me like a dog protecting it's bone. She's been good to me though, so I let her have her fill.
