Beef shoulder muscle

The Austrian

Was looking for pork butt at BJ's today, they didn't have it, then brisket, no luck either, then I found the "beef shoulder muscle cut"; have never seen that before; anyone any idea if this is similar to a brisket?
I was thinking 250 dome til it reaches 180 internal; Am I way off on that?
As always, thanks for your help[p]Sepp

The Austrian Boy,
That should be the shoulder clod. Cook to 200°, foil for a couple of hours then pull just like pork.[p]Cheers, Glenn
