Pork Chop Ideas?

Any good ideas for some BGE Pork Chops?

    Just pulled two 2" bone in chops of the egg. Cooked at 350 degrees about 30 minutes until the core temp was 149 degrees. Seared for 5 minutes each side and they turned out perfect. Got a recipe from Tyler Florence on for a bourbon mustard gravy. It was AWESOME. Had corn on the cobb wrapped in foil to finish it off. Check out the recipe!

  • try marinating in sweet pickle juice overnight.
