I think I have hit the plateau! How long should it stay there safely? I have been sitting at an internal of 157 since about 8:10.
My dome temp is at 250.
Should I kick open my bottom vent and help it along, or let it get there by itself?[p]Gayle

smokn gramma g,
Nope, just leave it, walk away and have faith that when the time is right the temp will rise. I was told never raise the temp till after the plateau.
Best of luck
