OK, I've got the paving stone question settled. Now, anybody have ideas about which end of the cart the egg should go on. I am right handed but I live in NE and putting it on the right hand side would put the egg about four closer to the door. Which arm is better without hair?[p]Any ideas?[p]

    duckegg,
I have my cooker on the right. It used to be on the left until I turned the table around. I think I liked it on the left better.[p]TNW

    duckegg,
My cooker is on the left side of the cart with the right hand side available for prep. I am right handed and prefer the setup this way.

    <p />duckegg,
the answer is personal, but the thing you want to remember is if yours will be a cart with just wheels on one end to sit your egg at the end with the wheels. It will make lifting the other end easier to do. OTOH if the wheels are on both ends it doesn't matter. A word of caution though do you foresee adding another egg to your table in the futue? If so, plan ahead - I'm glad I did when I first designed and built mine. Note the fold down table on the end. LOL also note that I underestmated the added impact of adding the small and should have had wheels on both ends - cauz that configuration requires a gorrilla to move it now!

    RRP,
I guess I will go for the left side. I like that fold down table and I might go for that. Mine is going to be enclosed on 3 1/2 sides. Am thinking of putting in an aluminum heat deflector half way around the egg for those chilly grillin nights in NE.
