Tonight, the wife and I are a simple meal of bratworst, sourcrout and corn on the cob. The prep time was 10, maybe 15 minutes and all was prepared on my egg. It turned out to be a very enjoyable, and tasty meal. Just goes to show that simple is always good![p]Smonkey

    Smokey, I agree 100%. I really enjoy trying different things on the BGE, but when you're just hungry, go with the tried and true simple stuff, and you can't go wrong.

    Smokey,[p]You must have peeked over my fence. I had the neighbor over for some brats and hot sausages with sauted onions. We smoked them over some apple wood at about 300° for about 45 minutes. They were great. So was all the beer![p]My neighbor is always telling me how much he loves my BGE![p]Mark
