The is new to me but may not be to other people. I have always had trouble with my mustard and rub sticking to the plastic rap when I take ribs out of the frig after marinating. Soo . . I took my plastic wraped packages and popped them in the freezer for 2 hours. The mustard and rub were frozen but the ribes were not completely. I unwraped them, put them in the rib rack with out loosing any of the rub or mustard. They are setting proudly waiting for a noon 3-2-1 cook. Thought I would pass it along.

MAC, I dont think I would go 3,2,1 that 2 hour foil may render the ribs too much, real mushy, maybe make that 1 hour instead
