thanks to all the input our bugers tonight were out of this wrold thank you to all! by the way when i hit the lotto tonight a new BGE for all!:)

    slim, Those two beers were the secret..ya gotta have them to get the dimple right..heeeyaaaa.

    Char-Woody, no the 2 beers were the KEY besides the egg anyway! cooked at 400 for 3.5-4 mins per side tasties burger i have ever had really juicy as well!

    slim, Now your clickin in burger country..well done!! Juicy too!! :-)
    Next, try adding a few rings of vidalia or Texas sweet onion on top, and a very thin slice of jalepeno cheese, and a slice of either American or Swiss on top, let it melt the last minute of the cook....scrumptious.
