Have 4 small slabs of baby backs on the small Egg now over apple wood the FLT and I took from a neighborhood tree. My two slabs are coated heavily w/Frenches yellow mustard and even more heavily with Shake's rub (hey, NB...I'm all out....need more!!!). FLT's have a darker mustard and a homemade "whatever's in the cabinet" rub with lots of brown sugar. Expecting a late dinner at about 8:30-9pm.[p]I likey Ribs,
