Need Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Haven't tried pork tenderloin on the Egg. Anyone have a good recipe? What temp? How long? Direct or indirect? Does it need to be flipped during cooking?

    A favorite of ours:[p]Bourbon and Honey Pork Tenderloin
    1/2 c sliced onion
    1 c olive oil
    1/2 cup bourbon
    1/2 c lemon juice
    1/4 c soy sauce
    3 T honey
    2T coarse chopped sage leaves
    1 1/2 minced ginger root
    1-2 T minced garlic
    Marinate pork in above overnight. grill and serve with chutney.

    Gary Wiggins,[p]Tenderloins are an incredibly versatile cut and have a natural affinity for mustard. Try whisking together some Dijon, deli or beer mustard, with olive oil and garlic. Quantities all to taste. Marinate 20 minutes or overnight. Cook at 350 indirect for an hour, or 450 to 500 direct for twenty minutes, turning every five minutes. Slice slightly on the bias after a five to ten minute foil tented rest. Or cook as kabobs and adjust time. [p]You can't go wrong with any variation.[p][p]
  • Shoot it up with mango nectar, apple juice etc, apply your favorite rub (Ragin River is great), then Egg it hot and fast, 350F or so. Pull it off at 145F internal.[p]
