[p]Dinner tonight was awesome, Filet Mignon, Roasted Wedge Potatoes, and Mushrooms & Onions. All done on the grill. I realy don't know how I ever cooked on gas. The BGE is the best thing I cook on in my whole life. [p]

    Olive oil then ground salt and pepper, garlic salt (lots), little cyan pepper, and parsley. I used the rack that came from the ronker set and for get it. LOL>>>> Then for dip on them I used ketchup, hoarse radish, and lemon. I know it does not sound good but I love it.[p]Pork Butt Mike
