We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! Man I love this egg. Got a 6.5lbs prime rib roast on and it looks frikken awesome. I seared it at 550 degrees then took it off till temp dropped to 325. Holding steady now at 295. My wife ran into town to get a normal temp gauge as I cant figure out this digital POS. Should be ready to pull off in an hour or so.[p]I just wish they had these Eggfests up here in Western Canada. [p]
