    Carl in Indy,[p]Thanks, now I can see that the rods forming the triangle are for holding the drip pan. The entire unit (grate & pan) can be moved or re-positioned. That is a good idea. I buy the disposable foil pizza pans, so half of one of those would be the ticket.[p]I wanted to build a half rack to use in addition to my spacer ring and regular grate, mainly for direct cooks, giving me the option to quickly add a half grate for a "very raised" set-up.
