lamb 'short ribs' grill or low&slow?

<p />Should these be cooked lo&slow like beef short ribs, or seared and roasted as if they still had the loin attached? I picked up 1.5 lb & they're in marinade right now.[p]Time, Temp suggestion?[p]Thanks
