Choice of Drip Pans

With my Weber grills, I was used disposable aluminum drip pans for everything including catching grease, holding water etc. Now that I am a new egg convert, I was wondering what the eggsperts use for different applications. [p]I have seen nonstick rectangle and round pans as part of the egg accessories, have seen nonstick cake pans and uncoated pans in the local egg store, a nice pan with one of the grid extender pictures on this site etc.[p]I don't want to go through analysis paralysis on what would appear to be a simple choice - lowest cost item that is easiest to clean up which probably means disposable aluminum pans. I just want to go on to cook some eggcelent meals.[p]Your suggestions are appreciated.[p]Eggophite
