Ha all, Just picked some up at my local meat market. Talk to me about cookn them, please. indirect? Time, temp, when to sauce and suggestions of what to rub with, aprox lenght of cook and anything else I dun forgot. My first time at ribs, can ya tell?

    Both spares and baby backs have a membrane on the back of them..once you get the hang of it, it is really NOT difficult at all..the first few times can be an adventure however...use the paper towel once you get it started.[p]Wess

    The best thing I've found for removing membrane from ribs is a fish skinning pliers.
